研究昆虫的飞行和导航行为在现实生活中有着相当大的实践意义， 相关成果在害虫防治、农作物授粉以及虫媒病预防等方面都能够发挥作用 。 也许在未来， 我们能够发明让苍蝇主动舍生赴死的苍蝇拍， 打苍蝇也不再是需要屏气凝神的高难度作业了 。
