error code 5B00 in the Canon g2000, g3000, g2002, and g2010 printer. You can solve this error code by using the following methods. You need the Canon service tool V4905 or V5302(清零软件版本号) for solving this error.
The printer begins to blink orange and green light alternatively for 7 to 8 times when you try to print or scan
First of all, check your ink levels. Your cartridges should be half-filled to reset this error. If your ink is empty, refill it and continue the process
Hold the power button and press and release the ‘stop' button for 5 times. Then release the power button. wait till the green light is stable. Now your printer is in service mode.

同样要进入维修模式同时按电源键和停止键开机，然后不放电源键按5次停止键,手松开,进入到维修模式,电源灯常亮
纸盒里放入张纸，然后按5次停止键1次电源键，此时会打印1张清零成功的纸张,之后再按3次停止键1次电源键，然后会再打印一张纸，然后重启就可以了.
