四、如果你想补充营养,怎么选?如果孩子或家庭成员真的需要补钙,严格遵医嘱、药师或临床营养师的建议,合理补充 。
市面上有很多钙剂,如何选择:
1、建议选
以及碳酸钙和柠檬酸钙
碳酸钙更实惠,钙也高,可达40%,即600镁碳酸钙,你可以预约240毫克钙 。应该补充相同剂量的钙,当选择碳酸钙来补充钙时,药物总量会相对少一些 。缺点是可能会引起便秘、腹胀等问题 。另外,碳酸钙的吸收依赖于胃酸,所以最好在饭时或饭后吃 。
柠檬酸钙稍微贵一点,钙含量略低,约20% 。与碳酸钙相比,它的优点是不会便秘,而且空腹时也能很好的吸收,如此独立于胃酸 。因此,对于胃酸分泌减弱的人,比如50岁以上的中老年人,或服用抑酸剂的人,柠檬酸钙比碳酸钙好 。
2、不推荐
磷酸钙,乳酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙
磷酸钙,乳酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙来补充钙,因为他们的钙含量太低 。例如,葡萄糖酸钙只含有9%钙元素
3、不要选

尽量避免白云石、贝壳、以骨粉为原料制成的补钙剂,因为会有铅等金属污染物 。
